Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Exchange Policy/Returns

  • Exchange Request: You may request an exchange within 3 days of order delivery.

  • Exchange Process: Exchanges can be initiated through your KREATIVE MINT login on our website. To request an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

    • The product must be returned with its original tags.
    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product will be inspected upon return.
    • Rs.100 will be deducted per product for exchange.
    • The remaining amount will be credited/Coupon Code to your KREATIVE MINT login account in the form of credits, which can be used to purchase another product of your choice on www..lookatathat.in
    • Sizes 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly ensure to review the size chart for accurate measurements before placing your order.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits for future purchases.

  • All refunds will be treated as exchange and Rs 100/- will be deducted per product returned.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request: Cancellations can be made via your KREATIVE MINT login on our website within one hour after ordering the product. To cancel an order, access your order history in your account and follow the provided cancellation process.

If in any case if the refund amount is processed Rs 100/- will be deducted per product 

Return amount will be processed in  5 to 7 working days

Please Note if the product is found used, your original product will be shipped back to after payments of Rs 100/- per product.

Process:

To initiate an Exchange/Returns please use the following link to submit your exchange request, please click on Contact Us tab at home page and we will surely resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with returning the item(s).

We will send you the Coupon Code as soon as the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

It's important to note that this policy does not cover incorrect or negligent orders placed by customers, including requests related to fitting, size, color, or quality of the product.
